What Is TouchPoints?
TouchPoints is the media distribution ministry of First Baptist Church of West Monroe, Louisiana. The Patt Maggs Tape Ministry was named after the late Patt Maggs whose vision for getting recordings of sermons out to people gave this ministry its start. The Patt Maggs Tape Ministry still exists and our plans are to continue to honor her dedication to this ministry. TouchPoints is a name used to encompass all of the media distribution efforts of the church.

Our Passion
To be a multimedia distribution ministry continually growing and improving in its ability to present the good news of Jesus Christ and producing tools that enable and encourage Christian growth!

Why Isn't Media Free?
TouchPoints is not part of the church budget and it never has been. We are primarily a volunteer organization of approximately 25 people, all of who give 1 to 3 hours of their time each week to get your orders out on a regular basis. All expenses of the ministry are funded by sales proceeds including paid staff expense. We have priced our products to accomplish 2 things:

1. Continue to grow and improve the quality of product offerings which means:
   • purchasing new equipment
   • keeping current equipment in good condition
   • making our presence known beyond our local community (i.e., this website)
2. Make media available to those who truly can't afford it.

Our People
Our people are incredible! To the person they are passionate about being involved in this growing ministry. They are ordinary people accomplishing extraordinary things! If you are a member of First West and feel God stirring your heart to be involved in this dynamic ministry please know that no experience is necessary. But, you will have the experience of a lifetime in the time you spend. You'll see people's lives changed for an eternity as a result of your efforts!
